From Brief to Delivery

Discovery & Brief
We begin with a consultation — understanding your company, your team, your use case, and your identity. We discuss quantity, timeline, budget range, and what success looks like.
Design Direction & Mood
Our design team presents a creative direction — palette, silhouettes, print concepts, and material recommendations. This is a collaborative round, not a take-it-or-leave-it presentation.
Technical Specification
Approved designs are converted into full tech packs: construction drawings, Pantone-matched colour codes, measurement grading per size, placement guides, and material specifications.
Material Procurement & Sampling
Fabrics and materials are sourced directly from mills per specification. Pre-production samples are manufactured and delivered to you for physical approval.
Bulk Production with Inline QC
Following sample sign-off, bulk production commences under continuous inline quality control. Our QC team checks each batch against the approved spec. AQL 2.5 standard maintained.
Finishing, Packing & Delivery
Finished goods are packaged to your specification. We coordinate logistics to your offices, warehouses, or directly to individual employees across India.

Technical Excellence
Fabric Sourcing & Development
Direct mill relationships for cotton (BCI, Supima, Pima, Egyptian), performance synthetics, blends, and technical fabrics. GSM range: 100-400.
RAW MATERIAL CONTROL
Cut & Sew Manufacturing
Pattern making, grading, marker planning, computerised cutting. Single-needle, double-needle, flatlock, overlock, and chain-stitch capabilities.
PRODUCTION CONTROL
Print Technologies
Screen printing (up to 8 colours), DTG, DTF transfers, sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, discharge printing, and foil/metallic printing.
DECORATION — PRINT
Embroidery
Multi-head computer embroidery for chest logos, sleeve placements, cap fronts, and full back pieces. 3D puff, flat stitch, chain stitch, and chenille.
DECORATION — EMBROIDERY
Labelling & Finishing
Woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, silicone patches, heat-sealed labels. Custom packaging including poly bags, tissue wrap, branded boxes.
BRAND EXECUTION
Quality Control Protocol
AQL 2.5 inspection at three stages: pre-production (materials), inline (during stitching), and final (finished goods). Measurement spec sheets verified per SKU.
